some simple things can get an owner or operator into trouble and possible Notice of Violation (NOV).
- Do you have proper secondary containment?
- Is your secondary containment liquid tight?
- Do you have adequate containment for a 25 year 24-hour storm event?
- Is your oil loading area also adequately contained for storm event?
- Do you meet the security requirements?
- Is your SPCC plan current and PE certified?
- Are you in compliance?
